After months of uncertainty and disruption, we are delighted to advise customers that we are open as usual once again, for all installations, repair and maintenance services.
As lockdown eases, we are very aware that businesses and individuals have had to put in place extra safeguards to protect customers and staff from Covid-19 infection. Our team have been working hard over the past few weeks to establish Covid-secure working practices for engineers and office staff. This has enabled us to provide a business as usual service since 25th May.
In this article we’d like to briefly explain the procedures we’ve implemented in the workplace and on-site, that will allow us to sustain an efficient service while social distancing measures remain in place.
Repairs & breakdowns
Our emergency repair and breakdown service has been available throughout lockdown for essential assets. This service has now been expanded to cover all faults.
Our engineer’s vehicles are fully stocked to deal with all types of breakdown and repair work, with a 24/7 SLA available where stipulated in your service contract.
Installations & maintenance
New installations, upgrades and planned preventative maintenance are available once more for the following systems.

COVID-19 secure safety measures
To keep staff and visitors safe at our office and warehouse, we’ve implemented new hand wash facilities at the entrance to both buildings, and hand sanitiser is available throughout.
We will also be taking temperature checks of anyone who enters the warehouse and limiting access to the office to management and administrative staff only.
An intensified cleaning regime has also been implemented at the beginning and end of each shift.
In the warehouse, each engineer has been allocated a designated area to minimise contact, and all parts and equipment are being prepared for collection before their arrival.
For work off-site, each engineer is being issued with a full PPE pack, including antibacterial hand wipes, hand sanitiser, gloves, masks, overshoes, disposable overalls, protective eyewear and visors.
Training has been provided to the engineers in social distancing and hygiene best practices when working at customer sites.
