The whole project was completed from Monday to Friday without any disruption to the restaurant.

The crane lift of equipment and works on the kitchen extract system was carried out overnight whilst the restaurant was closed.

We also installed temporary heating in the dining area to ensure there were no complaints from customers whilst the work was carried out...

The works included replacement of both Kitchen and restaurant air conditioning units plus full kitchen extract system with ABB inverter.

The Air Handling units were connected to Mitsubishi Electric condensers and everything was controlled by a new Trend BMS system.

We handed over the project to the restaurant on Friday without any disruption to trading and provide a full completion pack, including CAD Drawings, O&M Manual, Health and safety documents.

We also carried out a demonstration to the customer on how the new equipment works and how to operate the Trend BMS system so they can get the full benefits...
